Ordered flowers & a card. Arrived on time.
Card fine, flowers wilted, dead heads on roses, complete mess.
Tried to freshen them up etc...just went downhill, absolutely rubish quality. Tried several times to contact the company to no avail...webchat went from 26th in queue to position 4 then cut off. Several emails have gone ignored. No response to form on website complaing.
Absolutely disgusting service. Poor quality items, even worse customer service.
They have a 5 day "freshness guarantee" yet seemingly impossible to get hold of so forget that.
