Ordered personalized card and orchid for my mother's birthday, I'm having to isolate so it seemed best option.
Order placed almost 3 weeks prior to delivery date and 1 week after the date still no delivery.
I have had no correspondence from moonpig, I've tried to call sent emails but heard nothing.
I looked online and found out via yodel delivery had been returned to moonpig.
£35 pounds for a plant and a card for nothing.
