2 weeks and my Goddaughters card has still not been received ..will try again to contact the company but so far I have had no reply from them. As I live abroad, this service seemed to be the answer for me to never miss any ones Special celebrations .... I ordered 2 giant cards on the same day... the second card to my Grandchild is due to arrive today but I am not holding out much hope of it arriving on time if at all. My Goddaughters birthday was 2 weeks ago but is still waiting to receive her card that may never arrive. How do we claim our money back ?????? Will never go near this pathetic unorganised company again!!!!!!
