Ordered card and Champayne for my sons anniversary. Card arrived by post but no Champayne. Left lots of emails with moonpig (no response) waited on live chat from queue246 to 79 then cut off. Finally tried to ring and message saying not taking calls. Still has not arrived. Don't use them they are very unreliable and spoiled the anniversary surprise MariaBevan
