I ordered a card and chocolates that were late in arriving and the message had vanished from inside. The box had also been damaged. They offered a refund but it took a bit of probing to get anything from them. They offered an extra £10 to say sorry for the delay but it never showed up. I also received two emails from Moonpig asking me to give them a 5 star rating.
My husband ordered a card from them last year and that card came back with a mark down the middle. Fortunately they were able to replace it. I wouldn't give them a great review.
If you want to know your gift is definitely going to arrive on time and without fault, go with Interflora. They have 5 star ratings for a reason.
