Twice now this company has let me down, they first sent a card with the wrong personalised message (which was quite offensive and caused some issues for me) and have now completely failed to deliver a card and gift set valued over £30 with several attempts to contact them to resolve this being completely unsuccessful.
I have learnt my lesson and will not be using their services again.
