I ordered an orchid for a friend who was moving house.
After 7 days,my friend who was very embarrassed explained that the orchid blooms died
I contacted you twice and was told after 5 days ,you wouldn’t replace the plant.
I have never ever had an orchid where the blooms died in such a short time.
I am disgusted with your customer services and will never order anything from you again.
