I feel the service was mid-sold and when a complaint was raised the response was less than satisfactory.
7 days to delivery a birthday card is not what you would expect from their sales info but apparently it is in the T&C’s - if I had seen this I would not have ordered.
£24 later, birthday has been and gone, no refund and no apology. Day 6 and still no card.....
