I ordered flowers and a card for my wife to be delivered on our a
Wedding anniversary. As nothing had arrived by 2.40 I contacted moonpig on their chat line. I was given a tracking number that revealed the items had been dispatched but no ETA. I asked to speak to a manager but was told the phones were not working
The card and flowers arrived just before 6.30pm.as we were about to go out for a meal. I emailed their uk MD Nickyl Raithatha but after 3 days have had no reply. Even if this chap is away its customary for an officer of a company's emails to be monitored. I consider this ti be bad manners and poor customer service
