I ordered a card in good time for my grandson’s birthday. I know deliveries are taking slightly longer than usual but up to 7 days for first-class is unacceptable. I complained via Live Chat which was a complete waste of time. I think I was talking to a robot. I have used Moonpig for many years but not any more. Extremely bad customer service. And there are other equally good online card companies to use so I will now switch to one of them. I expected more from Moonpig. They have spoilt my grandson’s birthday as I will not be able to get another card to him in time.
Dreadful attitude and customer service.
