Absolutely awful company and customer service. I was told by an agent on live chat that there was a 30% discount code which automatically goes through at checkout when in fact there was not. When I spoke to another agent he just said 'there is no discount/voucher active on our website right now'. We went around in circles and the agent was very rude and unhelpful. NEVER SHOP HERE. Funky Pigeon is cheaper and has more offers. Their customer service is much better. Wish I never bothered trying a new website. I spent an hour personalising the card to then receive the worst customer service of my life.
