a great company, Until you have to speak to them The Morethan call center in South Africa, needs to review its training because multiple representatives are simply rude, unhelpful and shockingly unable to assist outside of the direction of their script. One of the worst examples of no customer support capability. They are also taking advantage of the change in legislation to increase the price of all policy's. Glaring profiteering. Morethan are not alone as there is evidence across all car insurance but it is a simple way to differentiate and clearly they wish to instead provide a negative customer impression.
