I had contents insurance with them for quite a few years until they lied to me. Cancelled my policy and claimed my money back through my bank because the cnuts refused to refund me. By way of retribution, they blacklisted me, now I can't get insurance anywhere. Don't you know who I am? Reggie Kray was my dad. I'll come down there and break your legs, you third-rate shysters and cheeky grifters.

Awful company - called them today to add a pet to my current pet policy. The woman on the phone was so rude that I ended up cancelling my current policy. After reading the reviews on here it seems their pet insurance isn’t worth anything anyway. Have lost me as a customer for life!

Please don't use this company for your pet insurance they will use any excuse they can not to payout. They have connected my dogs bout of diarrhea in September before we went with them in November to the pancreitis he had in December. Anyone who has dogs knows that dogs get bouts of diarrhea because they eat things there not supposed to. We have been in dispute with them since December and they are still saying that they are connected they definitely weren't. We have had to pay the bill to the vets which was £1500. As has been said by other reviewers don't touch them will find any excuse not to pay out.

Please don’t use this company. They interpret information in any way possible to avoid any kind of payment. Even when my vet contacted them to confirm a medical diagnosis they found a way of dismissing it. Disgusting attitude towards their customers

Do not use this awful company. I have been trying to cancel my Landlord insurance for months and keep being passed around and ignored. Phones don’t work from abroad and keep getting told to ring. They just keep taking my money even though I have sold my house. Now I need to take legal action.

Awful insurer for pets, please don’t bother with them, makes everything challenging for the vets, they stuck a 10% excess on top which I didn’t know about; now I’m stuck unfortunately. They disputed my first ever claim, for no reason, vets wouldn’t lie and are now disputing again. My dog had luxating patella diagnosed several months into having her, she’s now had an operation to repair and they are now querying again about the operation. Will never use this company ever again for anything I need insurance for! I like others would give this insurance company 0 also. But that isn’t an option.

If it were possible to give a 0 or minus review I certainly would. The "service", such as it is from this shyster business is appalling. The "low mileage" devices they send out are nothing short of Micky Mouse rubbish, we've had three now and provided all the information in a timely polite manner, it's a pity their responses are not the same. They continually send a barrage of emails and texts threatening to cancel the policy unless the device is fitted and working yet the issue is most definitely with their trashy and faulty equipment. We even have the photos showing the device installed, emails and dates to confirm this. My advice, DO NOT use More Than because it's More trouble Than they're worth. Appalling attitudes and disgraceful service. We'll definitely not be using them in the future and we'll be complaining to the relevant ombudsman.

They refused to cover my pets because I was not able to book an appointment during covid. They have extremely high monthly costs and will find any way to not cover your expense. The customer care over the phone was appalling they laughed when I was explaining my circumstances and could not care for you or the pet. They have no loyalty despite being a customer of 8 years. Please pick a different insurance company. I wish I did better research or even just viewed these reviews.

Worst company lying thieving scums..failed to provide comprehensive cover following non fault accident. Did not make effort to source suitable replacement vehicle. Left me without repairs and vehicle for months. Tried to force me to use their shady company enterprise whom I have had bad prev experience. No other options provided. Customer service very poor, rude and unprofessional. This company is lacking in all aspects. Stay well aware I would recommend Churchill or Directline. Even brokers do a better job than these plebs

Offered a discount vía a prepaid credit card, it never came. Phoned four months into the contract to remind them it has never been received. Thankfully have never had to claim as my expectations of their service is very low. They gained my business through a false promise. Avoid.

Increased my premium themselves and charged triple amount, which I never agreed! Phone them to cancel the insurance twice, Didn't even listen to a word I said, they asked me to wait till their verification team look into my account and, however Never had a single response. Avoid these guys at all costs. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOOK ALMOST 6 MONTHS TO VERIFY DOCUMENTS, They don't do any basic requirements that a normal insurance company does instead they hide behind an app that they barely update and think is providing adequate notifications. Awful company DO NOT GET CAR INSURANCE

a great company, Until you have to speak to them The Morethan call center in South Africa, needs to review its training because multiple representatives are simply rude, unhelpful and shockingly unable to assist outside of the direction of their script. One of the worst examples of no customer support capability. They are also taking advantage of the change in legislation to increase the price of all policy's. Glaring profiteering. Morethan are not alone as there is evidence across all car insurance but it is a simple way to differentiate and clearly they wish to instead provide a negative customer impression. I see there is a trend from the other reviews, a great company, Until you have to speak to them

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review in my life, but my experience with more than has been so bad, I’ve had to. I took out insurance early in 2022, which was then cancelled a few months later with no correspondence. I called and asked why my policy has been cancelled and I was told I didn’t provide the documentation they requested by email and post. I didn’t receive any letters or emails. I then got an email after my policy cancellation saying I was owed a refund, just over £500 as I paid annually. I have called 7 or 8 times and had to tell the same story every time as I have not received the money. The staff leave me on hold for ages and try to suggest solutions that already haven’t worked. I have contacted my bank and they haven’t received any payment and yet more than still refuse to send me the money. I have been assured I will get called back multiple times by staff, the person that assured me was Carmen. Needless to say I haven’t been called. Still unresolved and my £500 is still being kept from me. Avoid at all costs
