Cover provided is vert good at a very competative price. However unable to complete transaction on line so had to phone up. Keep on the line over 35 minutes trying to sort it out most of the time left on hold. Very frustrating.

I had to make an alteration to the information that I had submitted and the length of time that I had to wait on the phone to speak to anyone was terrible However, the young man that did speak to dealt with me very efficiently and although he couldn't give me an answer straight away, he promised to sort it and ring me back, which he did..

The company could have reduced my premium based on my ncb years and could of also advised on ways to reduce as an option. I guess the aim was to get MORE money out of me THAN give me a better customer experience. ...will I readily renew when this policy expires? Well I guess we'll have to see..... not happy!

Appears to be a good insurance. But final papers don't provide full details of cover and offer to include accidental damage cover isn't automatically applied. Insurance also takes a few days to give you online access.

Insurance quote good.
Waiting on phone like all insurance company's is way to time consuming.
Yes, I do like speaking to a human rather than online.
Hopefully do a good price next year.

All looked OK when I checked the policy I was buying, but when the insurance certificate came through it had an exclusion such that I can't use my car for travel to work. Luckily I work from a home office, but watch the small print!

Easy to use and did what it said on the tin.... but like all insurance companies they are still too expensive!!

initially a good competitive quote then as it got nearer to my renewal date it went up by around £90 so not really impressed

The lady on the phone wasn’t very friendly. I struggled to understand a few lines that she was reading from text and when I asked her to repeat, she seemed to be annoyed

Price was not really competitive however i used topcashback to get a good deal BUT morethan have not agreed my sale using topcashback so beware if your expecting a chunk of cash back. Process was easy just price when no cashback being agreed.

It took only few minutes for me to get all that I wanted & had to be said though that it was the best on offer so I quickly renewed my premium.

Took absolutely ages on the phone the agent was as helpful as could be ,found to be very expensive at the end ,but after everything could not turn down as couldn't be bothered going through again after over an hour on phone so just accepted, but found out could have got half the price on line gutted will do that next time

Good policy and price. Note you only get 50 weeks of cover when buying a 'year' policy, as you cannot claim for anything in the first two weeks. Should be advertised as a part year policy.

Wrong information given originally so had to cancel policy and renew with another policy . Also had to wait over a week for refund off cancelled policy.

Good price but website was a bit torturous. They did take payment twice but after a long telephone call were able to correct it promptly
