I phoned late this afternoon to add one more cat to my policy making that four cats insured with you. Your staff treated my call as a joke. Why did I have to be transferred to four different people over a period of 46 minutes? Don't you want my business? Don't you care about reviews ? Absolutely disgusted

Hi there, My motor insurance is due for renewal and I have been holding on the phone for almost 1 HOUR EACH TIME I HAVE PHONED! can you please answer this question? Is it standard practice to fit a black box on my car? As do not want this device fitted. Also my policy is due for renewal (Policy number is RSAP4583598200) will it auto renew if i want to go ahead with it? Or if i find something cheaper how do i cancel the renewal? because YOU GUYS NEVER PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE.

Crap crap crap been waiting 36 minutes and then 17 minutes for someone to speak to. NO ANSWER NO ANSWER NO ANSWER Quick enough to take your money, bur customer service in a joke. I won't be renewing my car insurance next year.
