I have needed some help with some pet insurance claims with Morethan and I have always had very helpful and polite and empathetic people taking my calls . I recently had help from a member of staff called Claire - she was so efficient and professional whilst still managing to be empathetic and kind. My problem was sorted out and she called me back to confirm everything had been sorted out which was a great help. From my experiences with telephone help staff with this company I would highly recommend them.
