I recently had an accident which was really disappointing as I had over 10 years no claims (protected). From the time I rang up which was a Sunday afternoon your staff were extremely helpful and got my car towed away that same afternoon as promised on the phone. You sorted out a courtesy car fro the Tuesday morning which got delivered when promised again the guy who delivered it was extremely helpful and went through everything with me . Throughout the time you had my car you kept me informed and in fact I got my car back earlier than anticipated which was brilliant. The car repairs were first class!!! You offer a top class service and I would recommend you to anyone what a brilliant!!!!! Thanks to everyone for all your help and professional customer service shame there are not more companies like you.
