I have been with More Than for 15 years. I have had a flood claim and a fire claim during that time. The service was excellent during those trying times. However the latest renewal schedule significantly increased my premium (I have in the past accepted the increases due to service received). On this occasion after calling More Than I got a better policy at half the cost. I think this should be more automatic for loyal customers.
