We bought home insurance for a new house. As it all happened fairly quickly we didn’t have time to get the shedule in the post and needed it electronically for our conveyancers to complete the purchase. Unfortunately More Than’s Systems went down the morning we needed to complete which was potentially a disaster for us. However when I explained the situation to and advisor she somehow managed to get the documents emailed over to us. So although it was in some ways a pretty awful experience not knowing if we’d be able to move in that morning the advisor was great and sorted out what we needed.
