Did my car insurance and paid for it on line, had to ring up as no conformation or acknolagement of my taking and paying for the car insurance. When ringing up there was no conformation of my insurance or payment, had to go thought details of payment to verify. Was told that the insurance had not been prosesed, that they will send me conformation by email within 24 hours to which I didn’t receive. Had to ring again on the insurance due date as wasn’t sure if I was insured or not, ask for the insurance policy to be emailed so I had it. Paper policy followed.
