Apart from the very helpful lady that finally resolved the problems I was having with the website, which crashed and despite previous telephone re-assurances a double payment was taken from my account arising from two previous calls. My overall impression of the service was poor. I am also not convinced that your website works well, still crashes and buffers. Final point is that it would be helpful if all telephone contacts were included on the insurance paperwork, I had to go back onto your website to find the breakdown contact number.
