I have been a long term customer of MoreThan (bar a couple of breaks) for over 30 years. I have both my buildings and contents and my car insurance with them. I recently took out a 2nd car insurance with them and was really impressed with the level of customer service I received from Janet who went out of her way to help me. I always do a comparison every year and they always come back with a fair price, which I am content with as from my experience It is a brand I trust and would be reluctant to leave. The only downside is the relatively high compulsory excesses for car insurance, especially considering my driving history with them - I am in my mid 5os' and have maximum no claims
