I have purchased pet insurance. the website was quite good. The actual working out what sort of pet plan you were going to get, all the in's and out's of it, was quite baffling. Excess, voluntary excess, you had to really read the plan and hope that you get what you wanted out of it. I think the proof of the pudding is when you actually have to claim. fingers crossed!
