Morrisons text me 40 minutes before my delivery was due. They were not able to deliver today but would be able to deliver tomorrow (no time given, just a number to phone). I do not want to take the risk. It has taken a lot of time on the phone to customer service who were totally
indifferent, couldn't care less, no apology or empathy. I have cancelled the order as I am concerned about the condition of the food if it is lying around in a store/van waiting to be delivered. Appalling customer service. Best reading the 1 Star reviews. If you are relying on a delivery or a special occasion I wouldn't recommend Morrisons.
