Lots and lots of substitutes missing items damaged items and shear incompetence with customer service even continuing to take delivery saver payments that had been cancelled more than 8 emails complaining and trying g to get my wrongly taken payment refunded even the ceo office has been awful offered £20 refund that was never received all I want is my delivery payment refunded looks like now I have to contact trading standards I would hate to think this has happened to other people !!!
