Was shopping in Morecambe had quite a few things in basket Rachel on checkouts said she would wait until I had loaded everything onto belt, she offered to pack for me, such a welcoming lady, smiling and chatting all the time. Then went to customer service to buy a lottery ticket I was served by Christine who is always very friendly. Love this shop.
