Ordered Christmas shop, Morrisons claimed they had delivered. However, no delivery, when complained, Morrisons said they had canceled the order.
We are Pensioners with limited means and must now wait three to five days to be re-embursed. No apology from Morrisons and now we will not be able to get our Christmas shopping.
