Malvern Store
Used to be really good
Now constant empty shelves and lack of produce.
Lack of staff at tills so queuing occurs up aisles hindering shoppers from moving through store.
Looking to travel down the road to Sainsbury’s as had enough of such poor quality service.
One positive is the Staff are trying their hardest but the management need to seriously look at the operation of the store as its so poor compared to competitors. Constantly discussing this with customers as stood in queues.
