I tried to return a bottle of whisky that I got as a Father's Day gift - I simply wanted to change it for something else. The customer service desk flat out refused, parroting "it's our policy".
I didn't even consider that they would have such a ridiculous policy, given that their competitors will happily take back alcohol.
Will never shop there again.
