There is no management team, shop ruled by security which is no trained aggressive idiots.
No working hours, security closes the shop whenever they want.
No competent reaction from customer service! I stopped shopping from this shop, by the way I was told by security "go and shop in Tesco and Asda". Now after 15 years I shop everywhere but not there. Avoid it!!!!
