WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
After being treated absolutely appallingly by Serena in 'customer service 'and trying to make a complaint about aforementioned employee. Had my email blocked.
1 phone call and more emails than I can remember from another email address and simply ignored.
Disgraceful.
Will never ever shop there again.
