Truly just a level of absolute garbage when it comes to customer service. You even wonder if these people have support workers or carers because it’s hard to fathom that being this stupid they are allowed to be unsupervised for any length of time.
Ultimately what you do have to accept is they don’t care, And of course they take no responsibility whatsoever when it comes to addressing the actual issues you raise. You can only mention that there is the potential that they are there on the special bus licking the window oblivious to their own stupidity.
