For some years my wife and myself have purchased Morrisons brand quiche and been very pleased with them. Last Thursday we again bought a quiche. Upon closer inspection the new quiche was smaller in diameter and deeper than the previous type, when cooked the pastry of the new quiche was hard and there was no taste to it.
Why have they made the changes? Presumably it is to do with cost and profit.
We will not be buying quiche from them again
