I have used morrisons home delivery twice, both arrived on time and drivers very friendly and helpful. My first delivery had NO substitutes which with other supermarkets there's always been at least 2! Second delivery just had one sub, it was cheese but sent a more expensive one, a different brand at the same price may have been better. All fresh produce had good dates on them, so no complaints here
