Big wigs are time wasting fools!
Why would a company pay thousands of pounds training staff up to do heavy goods driving, but then aren't organised enough to put the trained staff members to use?? Keeping the trained staff doing their usual tasks?? Senseless! Bad decision making, money wasting, time wasting and disorganised. And the best of it is the people at the top are most probably scratching their heads wondering why the company is loosing money!!!
