Cafetiere I bought at Morrisons exploded when I put the hot water in. It scalded my hand and wrist, needing hospital treatment, stained my floor, carpet, new kitchen units inside and out. Their Legal Dept assert that there was an already existing fault on the item so they are not to blame. Sounded like flannel to me. I wish Ihad the resources to have it independently looked at. I will NEVER shop at Morrisons again. Obviously they are going to do EVERYTHING they can to prevent legal action. A solicitor advised me it would not be worth the hassle or trying to sue them. Where is the justice in this?
