Pre ordered Christmas food to be collected in a 1/2 hour pre arranged time slot, 2nd year running a total disaster, never again, unorganised unhelpful and unstructured process to a very simple task which led to very long queues and angry customers, if you can't fulfill the the service don't offer it.
