I received n envelope addressed to my containing a set of vouchers £19 to use in store against purchases. I produced a £1 voucher for bakery. It was refused. Told to contact customer service and they would send a new set. I did. They asked for the envelope which had gone to recycle. Like always I put the vouchers in my purse. I explained I did not have the envelope just all the vouchers. Most I cannot use as an elderly woman I do not use some vouchers. They message back saying without the envelope they could do nothing. I am really angry that as a long term customer my honesty is called into question. Will look for a new store. Appalling customer service.
