Thought I would get in early before mad rush as I needed cream for my morning coffee and other bits and bobs I needed.All the workers really busy this morning getting on with job in hand,when I got to tills no lights on so I went into self service tills .Not a brilliant idea as I am disabled and use a scooter ,I was really struggling as it’s set up for more left hand use that’s the problem for myself ,my left hand side isn’t good.Then I saw a lady called Michelle she helped me do everything bless her nothing was a problem for her she was so kind ,polite and so helpful or I would have still been there then I went to kiosk ,Michelle turned up again to serve me what a lovely kind lady so would like to say to Michelle from Malton branch THANKYOU SO MUCH
