The store was clearly laid out and I was able to make my urgent purchase, on my way home from the office & the gym, in double quick time to beat the traffic on the motorway. I suddenly remembered another purchase and stood scratching my chin. Within moments, an assistant asked if they could help me and actually walked me round to the correct aisle and the position of the goods. At the checkout, I was greeted with a smile and the kind of genuine friendliness that goes beyond training & company policy. I was in and out of the store in 7 minutes & was hugely impressed by the store & its staff.
