I went into the Morrisons petrol station in the centre of Cromer to buy a newspaper. I had my dog with me and was sold in a very rude & ignorant manner by the middle aged thug behind the counter to get that dog out of the shop. It was the manner in which he did it that was so appalling. When I rang head office to complain, they would not accept it unless I gave them full details of where I lived, which I wasn't prepared to do as I didn't want to invite retribution from the thug.
