The delivery driver was prompt, very efficient and friendly. She explained single substituted item straight away even though I had already been made aware by e-mail. She also spotted a leaking bottle of water that I missed and made a note for refund immediately. Dealings with customer services via e-mail were also courteous and positive. This is the second time I've used Morrisons and am now using them in preference to other on-line supermarkets. My previous choice was constantly out of stock of items I wanted. So far Morrisons is good. They also sell a few brands that I really like and can't easily get from other on-line supermarkets.
