I've been using morrison online for over 2 years and for most of that they have provided an excellent service. Unfortunately the last few months their delivery times have been awful. Late nearly every week with the usual excuse...traffic. Tonight I've just had a call to say my 7.30- 8.00pm order won't be with me till at least 10 if at all. Not good enough. Reliability is really important to me as I now have to alter my plans for tonight again! So sorry for the wonderful delivery drivers who have to take all the flack. Such a shame to see a once excellent service deteriorate.
