Apart from a couple of nice staff on self service & a couple of staff on checkouts most seem to be unaware that they are there to serve the customer. Plymstock in particular has this problem, rude staff often preferring to talk to Co-workers rather than assist customers, asking for an item not on the shelf is like asking for the moon. I asked a manager in wines & beers for a particular wine & it took 20 mins for him to get back to me as "everyone is on their break" well nevermind the customer hey ! I've even heard of customers who complain (how dare they) being asked to leave the store. Poor general service but Morrisons remember you are not the only store in Plymouth & I for one will shop elsewhere - Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi - take your pick, I have & very happy with my new choice.
