Yesterday my daughter was shopping in your little clacton branch with her 3 kids, when her 9 month old was violently sick. She approached a member of staff to apologise in the cafe area.
A lady came over with floor wipes and tissue. She then gave her an empty mayonnaise pot and was left to deal with the mess and look after her 3 kids one of whom was clearly unwell.
I can’t believe you don’t have any cleaners.
Luckily two customers came to her aid.
Very poor.
