I wrote to Morrisons Chief Executive, raising the issue of log-broken LPG pumps in Byker, after failing to get a reply from Morrisons Complaints process. I FAILED TO GET A REPLY FROM MORRISONS TO TWO EMAILS SENT TO HIM!!
If the CEO fails to work properly it will follow that the staffs below this rank will also fail to work properly. Morrisons is a shambles, by failing to listen to its customers it displays deep disregard for the public and the consumers who shop at Morrisons. Who can I complain to above the CEO?
Is there a Chairman of the Board or something?
