Poor customer service they make a lot of mistakes with poor quality items and if you complain they just make excuses. I've uploaded a screenshot of a great example of this when I purchased cookies which clearly had a bite mark in one of them from an in store bakery. But like I said this is just one example I have complained before about various other things and it's always the same a poor excuse from them. Got so sick of it I decided to write this review.
