Acton Morrison's the manned till counters were closed at 8.45pm on Friday 13th Dec 2019. I had a FULL trolley and was told to use a self scanned machine. I'm an elderly woman and have not used a scan for a full trolley. This is not acceptable and I will also bring this bad experience to the attention of the local community.
