Absolutely appalling online shopping service, the phone battery went flat before the our call was answered so we haven't been able to speak to them yet.
We've been trying to place an online order for over 24 hours & we get as far as the payment authorisation screen which is just blank. Eventually our basket gets emptied with the goods marked out of stock & the delivery slot gets cancelled.
We eventually tried another card which worked but it's a card that we don't want to use as we have a card especially for shopping.
Therefore the one star rating still applies because the the online shopping screen didn't give any information, the bank said the problem wasn't with them & we couldn't get through to Morrisons to query the problem & still can't use the card that we want to use.
