I ordered and paid for a litre bottle of Gordons Gin. However, only a 70cl sized bottle was delivered. I contacted Morrisons customer support who stated that I have to visit their store in person to obtain a refund. The other option would be to hand it over to the driver on my next delivery.who may refuse to accept it. For chronic health reasons, my wife and I are self-isolating and have no wish to visit any supermarket. I believe that I am not alone in feeling ripped off. Morrisons have lost another long term customer.
